Uncertain times call for flexible solutions - it applies all the more to this year's  holiday planning. As part of our "Cancellation guarantee for your holiday" campaign, we would like to offer our guests this high level of flexibility by guaranteeing safe and worriless vacation planning.

By the way, you don't have to inform us about the reason for your cancellation. We have summarized all important information details for you at a glance:

Due to the current Covid-19 situation we have adjusted the cancellation policy for you:

Under the following circumstances you can cancel or rebook your stay free of charge up to the day of arrival

• In case of a travel ban to Gerlos – Zillertal Arena
• In case the boarder to Austria would be closed
• In case of an official lock down

In all other cases the following cancellation terms are valid:

Cancellation terms summer 2024 / winter 2025:
Until 60 days of arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge and your advance payment will be refunded.
Until 30 days of arrival we charge 70 % of the total booking amount
14  days before arrival we charge 100% of the total booking amount

TRAVEL INSURANCE - Covid 19
Save money already in advance and take out a travel cancellation insurance provided by our partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung". Further information details about your "private guardian angel".

PRICES
All prices listed are in Euro for the indicated number of persons per day, exclusive of tourism tax, end-cleaning fee, bedlinnen & towels.

Tourism tax:
Tourism tax € 1,80 is per person and day and is charged separately. Children up to the age of 16 do not pay local tax. From 01.12.2024 the local tax is € 2,60.

ADVANCE PAYMENT & PAYMENT OPTIONS
A  booking confirmation & a down payment of 30 % of the total booking amount is required for each apartment. You can make the down payment by bank transfer or credit card. In case you would like to make the pre-payment by credit card, please provide us wiht your credit card details.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
Guests are personally liable for all damages caused, lost keys or extremely dirty apartments which require extra cleaning.

SMOKING
Please note that the entire apartment house is a non-smoking area. Enjoy your cigarette outdoors on the balcony or terrace.

Fondue and raclette are not permitted in the apartments. Barbecue on the balcony or terrace is not allowed.
